I carry out an Australia-focused claims handling and business development role from the club’s Melbourne office, servicing our Asia-Pacific, Coastal & Inland and Sunderland Marine members.

Previously, I worked with Turkish, Ukrainian and Swiss members from London, and before joining NorthStandard, handled a range of P&I, FD&D and H&M claims for a Singapore-based tanker operator.

I am actively involved in claims data management, including analysing claims trends, reporting on our experience and generally supporting development of claims management systems.
