Craig joined NorthStandard, formerly North after the merger with Sunderland Marine in 2014, where he joined in 1996 following university and other roles in the financial services sector.

I oversee the Fishing, Coastal and Specialist vessel team from Newcastle, including the Australia and New Zealand branch offices.

As Head of Sunderland Marine, I am proud to lead a team of highly talented and experienced people with specialist knowledge in the industries we insure. As an established market leader in the marine insurance market, we offer a wide range of covers to owners of fishing vessels, tugs, workboats, passenger vessels and all forms of commercial and specialist craft.

Craig gained a BA(Hons) degree and following university he worked in motor insurance and the financial services sector. Craig joined Sunderland Marine as an Assistant Underwriter and now oversees all areas of marine underwriting.
