Ed graduated from the University of Birmingham in 1999 (LLB) and qualified as a chartered accountant with Deloitte. Ed joined North of England in February 2005 and is responsible for the management of financial operations.
Dawn joined North in July 2017 and has overall responsibility for our People & Corporate Services area. She brings a wealth of experience in HR, leadership and development, operations, employee relations and change management to the role.
Lee is the Chief Risk Officer for the North Group overseeing risk, regulatory and compliance controls. Lee studied law at the University of Kent and the University of Madrid, qualifying as a solicitor in 1999. Lee was previously a senior corporate lawyer with international law firm, Eversheds LLP.
Alan joined Sunderland Marine in 1998 as Assistant Company Secretary of the Management Company. He was appointed Company Secretary of Sunderland Marine in 2002, having over 20 years experience in company secretarial matters.

Karl joined Sunderland Marine in 1995. He previously worked for a local accountancy firm for 11 years where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant. Karl is responsible for the production of management and financial accounting information.
Linda joined Sunderland Marine in 1991 having worked in insurance and financial management for 6 years. Linda and her team are responsible for premium management and the collection of the Company's premiums worldwide.
Craig joined Sunderland Marine in 1996. He gained a BA (Hons) degree and following university he worked in motor insurance and the financial services sector. Craig joined Sunderland Marine as an Assistant Underwriter and now oversees all areas of marine underwriting.
